Dr. DeJuan Stroman-Price, DBA, APR, PMP is the Founder of The Networking Dr., a research-informed platform that helps professionals and entrepreneurs move from confidence → connections → community. A leading business strategist with 20+ years across organizational strategy, management consulting, marketing, business development, and strategic communications, she translates network science into practical playbooks that drive opportunity and growth.
Bridging practice and scholarship, Dr. Price’s Pepperdine University doctorate (2025) examines how network structure, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and identity-affirming support shape outcomes for Black women founders. Those insights power The Networking Dr.’s signature frameworks—such as the R.I.S.E. Framework™ and Connection Blueprint™—which equip clients to map their networks, build trust at scale, and unlock capital, customers, mentors, and momentum. Her workshops and advisory sessions blend evidence-based methods with hands-on tools: outreach sprints, social-capital audits, community-building rituals, and metrics that make progress visible.
Dr. Price holds a B.A. in Communication (George Mason University), an M.A. in Communication, Culture & Technology (Georgetown University), an Executive MBA (Virginia Tech), and a Doctor of Business Administration (Pepperdine University). She also holds the Accredited in Public Relations (APR) credential and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). An engaged ecosystem leader, she serves as a Board Member for the NCMA Metro Maryland Chapter and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®. A sought-after speaker and advisor, she focuses on network strategy, inclusive ecosystem design, women’s entrepreneurship, and GovCon growth—championing overlooked founders and equipping them with the relationships, resources, and resilience to rise.
A native Washingtonian and devoted dog mom to one amazing French bulldog, Josephine Baker, Dr. Price keeps community at the center of her life. Outside of work, she enjoys running, meditation, yoga, and word games.
